Target 1 face-up card on the field; destroy it, also for the rest of this turn, you cannot Special Summon Effect Monsters, except from the hand.
If a card(s) is destroyed by your "Blitzclique" card's effect, while this card is in your GY (except during the Damage Step): You can add this card to your hand.

You can only use this effect of "Blitzclique Overvolt" once per turn.

Search trigger and recyclable removal. The once-per-turn clause covers only the GY effect, so you can activate Overvolt as often as you have it in hand. Each time it destroys a card, it triggers the search of any Surge, Grain or Emi on your field. Because it's a Spell, it can also clear a face-up floodgate or force out a negate before you commit a monster effect. The lock applies even if nothing is destroyed, so make any Extra Deck plays before you activate it.
