Archetype Nexus — Yu-Gi-Oh! Archetype Database
This privacy policy explains what information Archetype Nexus collects when you visit the site, how it is used, and your rights regarding that data. By using this site you agree to the practices described here.
Archetype Nexus is a fan-made Yu-Gi-Oh! archetype reference and replay analysis tool. It is not affiliated with Konami, Yu-Gi-Oh! or any official publisher.
If you are not logged in, we do not collect any personally identifiable information. Anonymous usage data may be collected via Google Analytics (see below).
If you log in with Discord, we receive the following from your Discord profile via OAuth:
We do not receive your Discord password, email address, server memberships, messages, or any other Discord data beyond the above.
Replay files: When you upload a .yrpx replay file, the file content and associated metadata (archetype names, win/loss result, turn count, tags) are stored to your account. You control whether replays are public or private.
We do not sell your data, use it for advertising targeting, or share it with any third party other than the infrastructure providers listed below.
Used solely to authenticate your identity. We never post on your behalf or read your Discord activity. Discord Privacy Policy
Hosts the authentication system and replay metadata database. Data is stored in the EU (europe-west1). Supabase Privacy Policy
Stores uploaded replay files. Files are addressed by a unique identifier and are only accessible to you (and publicly if you choose to share). Google Cloud Privacy Notice
Used to understand how visitors use the site (page views, traffic sources). Analytics cookies are only set with your consent. You can opt out via the cookie preferences. Google Privacy Policy

Account data (username, avatar reference) and replay metadata are retained for as long as your account is active. Replay files stored in Google Cloud Storage are retained until you delete them. Analytics data is retained per Google's standard policies (26 months by default).
If this policy changes in a material way, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be updated. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
