"The Enneacraft are nine autonomous mecha that watch over the city of Enneapolis, each one judging a different sin. With the advent of the Blazing Dominion protocols, their formations have evolved from reactive traps into a formalized doctrine of applied statistics—reducing opponent actions to mathematically zeroed variables."
The futuristic city of Enneapolis established nine sins: anger, arrogance, deception, envy, greed, dread, gluttony, longing and sloth. Nine autonomous mecha, the Enneacraft, watch its residents at all times. Each sin moves a sin count forward, and when it builds up, the Enneacraft that governs that sin manifests in the city, its octahedron expanding into an animal form, and begins disciplining mankind (The Valuable Book EX 6).
The 2nd Enneacraft, which judged those arrogant enough to interfere with the sublime Enneacraft disciplining program.
The 3rd Enneacraft, which judged the deceitful, smeared in ostentation and suppression.
The 5th Enneacraft, which judged the greedy, whose exploits for profit knew no boundaries.
The 6th Enneacraft, which judged those who recklessly caused terror on feebler lifeforms.
The 8th Enneacraft, which judged those who longed for salvation greater than they deserved.
A sin is detected, an Enneacraft deploys, and the sinner is disciplined, then reset: a future monitored from top to bottom, from beginning to end.
The original Enneacraft archetype functions as a psychological minefield. By fusing Pendulum Summoning and Flip Effects, the deck subverts the "Face-Up" nature of modern play. Threats are hidden in Face-Down Defense Position, effectively "blanking" common interactions like Infinite Impermanence. Every monster flipped face-up puts an E.C. Counter on each Enneacraft in your Pendulum Zones, and Enneapolis turns them into 900 damage each in the End Phase.
The recent Blazing Dominion core expansion elevated the deck into a "Full Gas" engine of attrition. The strategy pivots sharply away from probability toward a doctrine of "applied statistics". Utilizing the new multi-layered tools, the deck calculates interactions as a "Simultaneous Equation Canon"—systematically nullifying opposing variables, dictating Chain Links, and evading targeted removal entirely.
"You cannot Special Summon... except in Face-Down Defense Position."
Every Enneacraft reveals itself from the hand to Special Summon a monster face-down, and for the rest of that turn you can only Special Summon face-down, which shuts off your Extra Deck. In return, the monsters arrive face-down, where effects that need a face-up monster, like Infinite Impermanence or Effect Veiler, can't touch them. The searches can still be hit by Ash Blossom.
Formula: D = 900 × n (where n = E.C. Counters)
Each time a monster is flipped face-up, every Enneacraft in your Pendulum Zones gets 1 E.C. Counter. In the End Phase, Enneapolis removes them all and deals 900 damage for each, so two Enneacraft scales count every flip twice.
The Illusion of Probability (Rule of Threes)
Every Level 1 Enneacraft, exapatisIA included, has the same Pendulum Effect: pay 900 LP, reveal 3 Enneacraft cards from your Deck, and your opponent picks 1 at random for your hand. Nothing stops you revealing three copies of the same card, which makes the pick certain. Each Level 1 can do it once per turn.
Chain Link Erasure & Response Lock
Atil.SPIA punishes long chains. When your opponent activates a card effect as Chain Link 3 or later, it flips face-up and negates and destroys every effect they had already activated on that chain. While it stays face-up, they can't chain effects to their own effect activations.
Update Briefing: Blazing Dominion adds a chain-breaking Level 9, a fifth Level 1, and Enneacraft Reset, which fetches Enneapolis and can turn your monsters face-down again from the GY.
LVL 1 | SCALE 0 | CONNECTIVE TISSUE
Pendulum: Pay 900 LP; reveal 3 Enneacraft cards, opponent randomly picks 1 to add to hand.
LVL 9 | SCALE 0 | APEX PREDATOR
Pendulum: End of Battle Phase, if an Enneacraft is in your other Pendulum Zone: destroy 1 opponent's monster with less than 3000 ATK. Every Level 9 has this.
NORMAL SPELL
Primary: Place Enneapolis from your Deck or GY in your Field Zone. If you already control Enneapolis, instead negate the effects of face-up cards your opponent controls, up to the number of cards in your Pendulum Zones.
GY Reset: When your opponent activates an effect, banish it from the GY to turn your Enneacraft monsters face-down, up to the number of cards in your Pendulum Zones. They can flip again, and effects that need a face-up monster no longer apply to them.
| Feature | Trito - "exapatisIA" | Atil.SPIA |
|---|---|---|
| Deployment | Reveal: SS 1 monster from hand face-down | Reveal: SS 1 monster from hand face-down |
| Pendulum Zone | Reveal-3 search (900 LP) | End of BP: destroy < 3000 ATK (needs a 2nd Enneacraft scale) |
| Interrogation | Opponent's effect that Sets a card | Opponent's effect at Chain Link 3+ |
| Lethal Payload | S/T Removal + Board Swarm | Negates their chain + response lock |
Starting hand: Enneacraft Reset and Enneacraft Release. Everything else comes from the Deck; run three copies of Atil.SPIA so the reveal-3 search is certain.
Place Enneapolis from your Deck face-up in your Field Zone.
Place exapatisIA from your Deck in your Pendulum Zone. Placing a card isn't adding it to your hand, so Droll & Lock Bird can't stop this.
Pay 900 LP and reveal three copies of Atil.SPIA from your Deck: whichever one your opponent picks at random, it's Atil.SPIA. Ash Blossom can negate this search.
Use Enneapolis to return exapatisIA from your Pendulum Zone to your hand.
Reveal exapatisIA to Special Summon Atil.SPIA from your hand in face-down Defense Position; for the rest of the turn you can only Special Summon face-down. Then place exapatisIA back in your Pendulum Zone: its search is spent, but it collects E.C. Counters, and Enneacraft Reset counts it.
When your opponent activates a card effect as Chain Link 3 or later, flip Atil.SPIA face-up: every effect they already activated on that chain is negated and destroyed, and while it stays face-up they can't chain effects to their own. The next time they activate an effect, banish Enneacraft Reset from your GY to turn Atil.SPIA face-down again, ready for the next long chain. Each flip puts an E.C. Counter on exapatisIA, worth 900 damage in the End Phase.

LOW IMPACT: The Enneacraft archetype has minor restrictions on the TCG banlist, with 1 card semi-limited.
Meta Implications: Thanks to its Absolute immunity to targeting via Reset; highly resilient stack manipulation, Enneacraft remains playable despite the limitation.
